The ILO guide on making TVET and skills development inclusive for all, including for forcible displaced populations, aims to support governments, employers’ and workers’ organisations to improve skills development systems in their countries with the objective of eliminating barriers to make TVET ‘inclusive for all’. The guide includes a digital interactive self-assessment tool to be used by policy-makers and practitioners help them determine the level of inclusiveness or exclusiveness of TVET systems.
