Yangon University has launched online programmes for graduate and post graduate studies leading to Master of Science in Computer Science (M.Sc) and Diploma in Computer Science (DCS).
The programme is being offered at Computer Science Department under the university’s Centre for Human Resources Development.
Any university graduates are eligible to enroll and study for DCS. They have to complete 16 modules of study within one year in order to qualify for the post graduate diploma.
DCS holders and those studying for a master’s degree from any universities are qualified to study for their M.Sc (Computer Science). They are obliged to complete the course work of 16 modules within two years.

Students with internet access can study online from any places or regions. Through the internet, they are able to complete all study requirements online, such as submitting the application for enrolment, asking question and interacting with course lecturer, sending in course assignment and taking examination.
From start to finish, the study will be conducted in the paperless environment.
