This report applies a human-centred design approach that empathises with and understands the lived experiences of Concern Burundi’s CVA recipients who are receiving mobile money-enabled humanitarian aid. It provides insights into key recipient characteristics, the main “touchpoints” along the user journey, and the factors that enhance and/or frustrate the user experience.
